A medico-legal company in Leeds and Redditch required a system to completely automate their business. The system required had to be simple to operate for untrained staff but be capable of producing business critical information.
After consultation we designed a system for use by over 80 staff to enable their telephone helpdesk personnel to answer telephone queries immediately, to track the progress of cases and to automatically produce the high volumes of documentation required in the business. This includes not only printed letters but also automated email and SMS text messaging.

Sophisticated reporting systems were included to ensure management had access to real time data, allowing them to make business decisions based upon correct and current information.
